Cardio

I worked out so hard yesterday I slept like a baby. I did pure cardio (bike, treadmill, and elliptical). I also worked on arms and back. Lifted 10 lbs weights, so my arms were like noodles. 200 crunches completed. I'm on my way!!!!!

I'm Still Here..........

It's been a while since I last blogged, but a really good friend of mine has truly inspired me to start blogging again (Mrs. C. Daniel).  Things are going well for the Jones' in Lafayette.  We're coming up on a year of recruiting and enjoying every moment.  School is AWESOME.  I have maintained a 3.99 GPA thus far and I'm so grateful.  My last two classes were pretty stressful but I finished with two A's.  

**My baby sis was here this weekend and I truly enjoyed her being here.  We were able to relax, shop, and enjoy one another.**

Well, it's getting late.  I PROMISE to update my blog more often.  It's time to MAKE time for the things that I LOVE to do.  ;-)

Week 1 Day 2 (C25K)

Woot woot! Day 2 is complete! Feeling great. I tried a new pair of running shoes today and I need to break those in really fast. I jogged for one miles (intervals) and walked for a total of 10 minutes. I got on the stationary bike for 6 miles. My thighs are burning. Today I start my food journal as well. Nikon in Full Effect

Hubby went TDY and came home with this beauty!!!!! Yes, it's a Nikon 55-300mm lens!!!!! My passion for photography causes this excitement!!!! I have a shoot on Sunday for a class project and I can't wait to use it. Pictures to come!!!!!

It's on!!!!! I have been out sick but I'm back. Today was my first day to train with C25K. I must say it was a great workout even though I wanted to give up a few times. After that I rode the bike for 5 miles. I am relaxing and enjoying the rest of my day! Much love!!!

I'm Officially an Iphone 4s Owner/User

Hubby got me an early birthday gift.  So far I love it.  Since being back in states, I've used Android, so I am getting used to using Apple.  He said since my other electronics are Apple, I should have an Apple phone. 

Siri is lovely to have as well.  I actually used her the day he gave it to me.  We went to Lake Charles, LA to visit our God-son and used Siri to find different places to have dinner.  So she is pretty cool.

I am also looking to download apps to have as well.  I have a few: Myfitnesspal, Pinterest, Family Feud, etc.  If you have any suggestions please let me know.

30 Day Post Workout..............

I must say....I am very proud of myself.  I am feeling better and looking better.  I haven't set a goal for myself yet, but I am getting there!!!!!

I Dropped My Phone!!!!!!!!!!

Not My Phone

Okay, so on Wednesday, I was getting ready to workout.  I got my stuff out of my car and in the middle of grabbing my bag my phone fell face down.  Not thinking anything of it, I picked it up and plugged in my earphones.  After a successful workout, I received a phone call and that's when I noticed my phone looked like the above Iphone.  I was wondering my it felt like that against my ear.  When I looked at my phone, low and behold the screen was BUSTED!

After speaking with Sprint, they were able to overnight another Motorola Photon to me.  However, due to weather conditions, my shipment was delayed until today (Friday).  FedEx was generous enough to let me know why I haven't received my replacement.  Sprint also called to follow up as well.  So as of today my phone should arrive my 3pm.  With that being said, I have invested in an OtterBox case. 

This phone costs absolutely too much to be dropped and cracked.  So I placed an online order for it and it should arrive Saturday or Monday.  Well, that was my eventful day!  Now I'm off to take some photos for a class assignment.  Happy Friday!  Blessings!
