He Will Deliver You

"Call on Me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you shall honor and glorify Me"
(Psalm 50:15, AMP).
Are you facing trouble in any area of your life today? God is standing ready to deliver you. He promises in His Word that He is near to all those who call upon His name. No matter what you may be going through, have confidence knowing that God is working behind the scenes on your behalf. He promises to deliver you!
Notice that today's verse tells us that our part is to honor and glorify Him. In other words, you don't have to wait until everything is perfect to give Him praise. You can give Him honor and glory right now. You can thank Him for all He's done in your life so far and what He will do in your future.
Call on Him today and focus on having an attitude of faith and expectancy. Speak His Word and declare His promises over your life. Trust in Him because He will take you places you've never dreamed. As you praise Him, He'll deliver you and take you higher and higher into the good life He has prepared for you!

A PRAYER FOR TODAY

Father in heaven, today I call upon Your name. I call upon You as my Salvation and my Deliverer. I trust that You are working on my behalf and choose to give You the glory, honor and praise. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

Noodle Legs

Okay people, Wednesday, 6 April 2011, my husband became my "running" coach.  We went out to the flight line to jog.  He's awesome because I was screaming and yelling at him the entire time.  I can't talk and run at the same time....LOL

I've started The-Couch-to-5k Running Plan

My friend Adrienne Jackson was telling me about it, so I decided to "try" it.  Thomas was over the Warrior Run Program here on base, which was similar.  So I've decided to seek his help in doing this.  You all please pray for me and my legs!!!!

22 and Counting

Okay it's Saturday, 9 April 2011, in Fussa-shi, Japan and I have 22 days left in Japan!!!!  In 6 days TMO will be here.  I am pretty excited because I can finally clean the house and relax.

There is a lot of progress, but it's scary.  :)  I surely wish my family was here just to take it all!!!  (Remember Barksdale??)  Well, I have to get back to work.  Break time is over.  Until next time, peace and blessings!

Magnitude-7.1 quake kills one, injures over 250 in Japan

Tokyo - At least one person died and more than 250 were injured in a magnitude-7.1 earthquake that struck north-eastern Japan overnight, news reports said Friday.
Local officials had reported four people had been killed but later said two of the four deaths were not related to the quake. The fourth case was being investigated, Jiji Press agency reported.
The Meteorological Agency said the epicentre of the quake, which took place at 11:32 pm (1432 GMT) Thursday, was at a depth of about 40 kilometres off Miyagi prefecture.
The agency revised the magnitude down from an initial reading of 7.4.
Thursday's quake was believed to be an aftershock of the March 11 magnitude-9 quake that struck the same region. It was the biggest aftershock of the strongest quake ever recorded in Japan, the agency said.

27, 26.........(10 Days until TMO Pickup)

Okay time is rolling by pretty fast and now I am down to 10 days until our furniture is picked up.  I guess reality will finally hit once the house is empty.  Right now it's a mess.  I am accepting ALL help :-)  Thomas is holding it down at work and I am working on the house.  At this point I think I've thrown away more paper than organizing.  It's all coming together.  I think the hardest part is living in the house while trying to pack it up.  :-)

Family and Friends, I truly thank you for all of your love and support.

Enjoy your day!

Peace and Blessings!
