Help is on the Way!!!!!

Praise the Lord people of God.  Hubby just found out that there is a guy in the class after him that will be his office partner.  He will have assistance working this area.  There is also another guy going to Baton Rouge as well.  So God we thank you in advance for every thing that you're doing in our lives.

This will take some of the load off Thomas.  Yes, he still has to do is own work, but will have a little more time to focus.  Lafayette is pretty big and I've seen several high schools just in the area we're living in.  So I am pretty sure there are more than we can count.

I know God has placed people in my husband's path even before this journey began.  I also know that this will not be about recruiting.  This is about MINISTRY!  So, I am excited to see what God has in store.  I know it's only great because God doesn't do any thing less than that.

11 Down.....Woot Woot

I must admit, I am SUPER proud of myself.  Today was weigh in day (always on Mondays) and I lost another 2 lbs., which puts me at a total of 11 lbs.  Since giving up chocolate, I've done so well and I plan on sticking with it.  At one point I said I wanted to incorporate chocolate back into my diet, but I learned over these 25 days, that I can do without.

I always knew chocolate was the enemy, but I realized it played a major part in my weight gain once I gave it up.  I lived for chocolate.  I would eat an entire bag of Hershey's Chocolate Almond Kisses, Little Debbie Devil Squares, Chocolate Frosty from Wendy's, Brownie Delight from Harvey's, Dove Milk Chocolate, Baskin Robbins Chocolate Ice Cream, etc.  The list will go on forever.  So I thank God for this deliverance.

Stay tuned for more updates.

One Week to Go!!!!!

Hubby has 8 days until graduation.  I am so proud of him.  He has made it down to the LAST full week of class.  This week is "study" week for the class and then next Monday and Tuesday he has labs.  And then graduation is Wednesday, 3 August 2011.  I am super excited for him.  The camera is charged and ready!!!

**Today was a little hectic.  I spent most of the day searching for a Primary Care Manager (PCM) for us.  I finally got in contact with a doctors office that's accepting new patients AND Tricare.  So hopefully we can get the ball rolling on that pretty soon.
