Days 1, 2, and 3


Shaun T has me so pumped and ready to workout!!!  Woot Woot.  I must admit, my body is tired and a little more, but that's to be expected.  The workout was only 25 minutes and I was sweating like I worked out for an hour.  When I see sweat, I get motivated.  ;-)  Days 1, 2, and 3,  I worked on "Hips, Buns, and Thighs" I want to look cute in my jean....-Shaun T. 

I know this is only the beginning and I have a long way to go, but I'm in this for the long haul.  Not just to loose weight, but to stay fit and run a marathon one day!!!!  I'm tired of waiting on others to help me get off the couch.  I had to prepare myself MENTALLY to get to this point. 

**I plan to create a journal of my food intake.  Currently, I'm not on a strict diet.  Simply because I'm trying to start with step 1:  working out on a regular basis.  After that I will start with the body cleansing.**

Well, I'm on to do a little school work and relax with the Hubster.  Enjoy your weekend!

Pledge........

I am making a PLEDGE to the following below:

  • I will NEVER see the numbers again that I saw on the scale today
  • I will workout DAILY (even when I don't feel like it)
  • I will motivate others to join me
  • I will eat healthier and LESS 
  • I will drink TONS of water
  • I will blog daily after my workout
  • I will not make excuses

Today is the Day.....9 November 2011

There is NO turning back this time.  I don't care how much it hurts or how sick I am, I'm going to press my way through.  For the last couple of months I've had some setbacks, but no more!  I was about to go out and pay for Zumba and Kickboxing classes and I thought "I have too much stuff at home that I'm not using!"  So I pulled out my Shaun T workout DVDs, my Wii Fit and Board, my Zumba and Your Shape on Xbox Kinect and from here I am about to create a workout schedule for myself.

My New Ride

I am so glad New Balance and Vibram teamed up.  Hubby purchased these from Foot Locker and they are the lightest and most comfortable rides I've owned.  ;-)  I just finished up Hip Hop Abs-Hips, Buns, and Thighs and it was GREAT.  I was sweating like it's nobody's business.  ;-)

 I know a lot of people are not fund of drinking bottled water, but Dasani water is so crisp.  I love it!!!!  It definitely helps me make it through my workout.
