A+ College Student in the House..........

When my final grades posted, I screamed!!!!!!  I had ALL A's in my classes.  I am currently holding a 3.8 GPA and I am so proud of myself.  My hubby and sisters have been my biggest support system!  From the encouraging words to even taking time out to check my work. 

I will start posting my projects once I get into my design classes.

Fall is Here....In Lafayette

The weather has finally changed here in Lafayette, LA.  Well, it's more like WINTER.....LOL It just changed like night and day.  The wind is very high and that's making it worse. 

This weather makes you want to crawl upon the couch with a blanket and a cup of hot cocoa.  I love this time of year, just not going outside.....LOL And for some reason TJ wants to stay outside longer in this weather.  :-)

TiTi's K-Man

YEAH....I'm an auntie again!!!  Woot Woot.  This time, I can experience the newborn part.  But I still treat Braylon like he's only 6 months (don't kill me Chamel and Marcus...LOL).  Well, Mr. Kaleb wanted to see the world.  He didn't want to wait until December when it's cold.  He wanted some warm weather.  

My sister, Chamel, gave birth to him at 5:09pm on 29 August 2011 weighing only 1 lb and 9 oz.  But the God we serve is an AWESOME God.  Kaleb is now 3 lbs and 3 oz.  He can go home weighing 4 lbs and 2 oz.  So we're praying and believing he will be home around the 2nd week in November (if not before).  

Please continue to keep Baby Kaleb lifted along with his parents, Marcus and Chamel, and big brother, Braylon.

Momma's Bae........

TJ was born 24 June 2011.  He came home with me on 1 October 2011 @ 12 weeks.  I fell in love as soon as we walked into Pets Unlimited.  Hubby had this all planned out but instead we were just "looking" around.  TJ is a little spunky something.  He LOVES Thomas and is so hyper around him.  Jas, my baby sister, came to visit and she just SPOILED him rotten.  She held held like a little ole' baby and he was loving every single moment of it.  

He's doing really well with potty training and knows he's getting a treat for doing so well.  I'm assuming he likes to watch TV when we're in the living room because he just sits there and watch.  He keeps me company while Thomas is away at work.  Now that it's getting cold, we have to find some indoor activities for him.  We normally go for a nice walk in the neighborhood and enjoy the nice weather and scenery.  But we shall see.  Next week he has his follow up appointment with the veterinarian to check his weight and have a fecal exam done.  I LOVE MY PUPPY.....even though I am terrified of bigger dogs.  TJ is just the right size for me.  ;-)

Sprint It Is...........

So AT&T wanted to be mean and didn't want to provide customer service to a military member TRYING to pay his bill.  So guess what.....YEP they were cut off completely.  We moved our business and money to Sprint.  It's one thing to have great service and HORRIBLE customer service, but when you have BOTH, then it's two fingers like a playa....LOL

By far it's the best cellular coverage we've had.  We are able to pick up at home and in hubby's office.  We went home in September and was able to make and receive phone calls at my parents house.  Overall we're satisfied and have UNLIMITED everything including data and we're not charged separately for a data plan.  

Hubby picked out the Motorola Photon for us.  Very durable phones.  I am still learning the phone, but I like the neat features on it for calling and personalizing the phone as a whole.  Most importantly, my calls are crisp, I don't have to worry about using too much data, AND we are paying less than AT&T.

WOW.....It's Been Over TWO Months!!!

WOW, I really have been busy.  Where do I start?????

August:

• Hubby started recruiting full time and loving it
• 29 August 2011 my nephew Kaleb Allen Evans was born (not due until 10 December 2011)

September:

• Went to Nashville for Labor Day and to see Kaleb
• Final grades in first set of classes were A's!!!!! I'm so proud of myself!!!!
• My Granny J came to visit for TWO WEEKS!!!!!

October:

• Hubby got me a male YORKIE puppy!!!!!  His name is TJ!!!!
• My sister, Jasmine, spent the weekend with me!!!!!!!
• I cut and colored my hair

My goal is to blog more often.  I had to get in my groove of school and managing my time.  Stay tuned.......
