Week 1 Day 2 (C25K)

Woot woot! Day 2 is complete! Feeling great. I tried a new pair of running shoes today and I need to break those in really fast. I jogged for one miles (intervals) and walked for a total of 10 minutes. I got on the stationary bike for 6 miles. My thighs are burning. Today I start my food journal as well.
