I am making a PLEDGE to the following below:
- I will NEVER see the numbers again that I saw on the scale today
- I will workout DAILY (even when I don't feel like it)
- I will motivate others to join me
- I will eat healthier and LESS
- I will drink TONS of water
- I will blog daily after my workout
- I will not make excuses
